Hey all, what's the happs? I hope this blog finds the three people that actually read it doing well. Still having problems with my neck and back, so now I've been referred to the Chiropractor. Hopefully he can help. So, what's going on with everyone in SG land?

I've had a herniated disc for years now. I would definitely suggest Phys Therapy over Chiropractor. The practice of chiropractic is actually quite the quackery, there's no medical basis. You should check this out: http://whatstheharm.net/chiropractic.html
