Holy crap, I can't believe it's been almost a year still my last post. Well I'm now stationed in Okinawa, Japan. It's actually an island off the coast of mainland Japan. I've been in the Navy for almost fifteen and a half years. My wife and son are here with me, and I'll be stationed here until 2012. I've been married for over a year and a half, and my son Nixon will be a year old on the 20th of November. Where does the time go?! Here is a link for anyone that wants to see pics of my son, courtesy of my wife Rea:

What a culture shot, ay?...Although I am sure you are experienced in travels overseas.
I made carnitas, salpicon de carne, creamy roasted poblano soup with mushrooms and corn, and tinga poblano with chicken. it smells amazing in mi casa right now!!!
Take care!
