serious rambling, pic heavy, yet spoilered update ahead...
wells kids...still apt huntin....housinround here seems more scare or expensive than it oughta be...got a good probable to turn in apps & fees to tomoroow...then will hopefully know something soon...pet/house sittin gig is up on the 5th....so,,,,definite fingers crossed!
soo...computers not hooked up & am usin the ole trusty laptop so i've clearly not emptied the camera yet...but thought i'd give you folks some cell pics & a lil breakdown of the trip....
the roadtrip....

• headed outta chicago up to eau claire,wi first..

on the way there we visited ella's deli which had some awesome decor & a sweet ass carousel...but they were closin up the carousel......had some yummy ice cream then headed on the down the road to the hotel...

• after checkout...passed by the mall of america in minnesota....

where we discovered the george porter sculpture park...which was awesome & i will share lotsa pics of later...but a taste tis below....

also tried to stop by the corn palace in mitchell,sd...but twas dark & south dakota disguises prehistoric creatures as bugs..


• after checkout, we headed to mt.rushmore....then off to wyoming...

then on to yellowstone...where i sooo wished we had more time....and better pics....i sooooo wanna go back!

• stopped again in kennewick, wa to rest....

but beforehand, we visited couer d'alene, id.....beautiful place!...i was surprisingly impressed by idaho...

there's lots more to update you on folks...but things to do...like get some foods & booze....but next time i shall share some portland adventures of awesome people, pets, food, booze, & on & on....and hopefully will have an address!
