La vie est drôle
This would have to be my favorite phrase, it is French for "Life is funny."
This phrase was actually used it Kill La Kill, by the character Ragyō Kiryūin. It is very often that I'm reminded of this phrase because life is just that. So many things happen on the regular where I am questioning life as a whole, why do people do this??? Why do people say that??? Why do you suck at driving??! Or why do I deserve fortune, why did I deserve misfortune?
All jokes aside this is a great reminder of how life is unpredictable and frustrating but also rewarding. Life is funny, you never really know what it'll grant you.
