I often get bad anxiety, especially at night. I do a couple of different things to help with that and any other time I'm feeling stressed out.
1. Yoga-
Stretching and half meditating is very relaxing and helps with sore muscles and cramps, bad pain and nerves.
2. ASMR-
Autonomous sensory meridian response is basically sounds and visuals that make you relax or sleepy etc, they tend to be sounds of daily white noise of actions; for example the sound of a brush over a mic. Personally this relaxes me a lot, I specifically enjoy soft spoken role play of hypnosis.
3. Weed (enough said)
4. Bathing w/ essential oils-
Good calming smells, and if you know anything about me you know that I'm a bath queen.
