Hello from @Askalex! I've been told I have the face of an angel... and a body made for sinning! I am Métis-Canadian and live in the pacific northwest, which means that you can find me on my days off in the forest with my sweet (sometimes) puppy Ladybird. Three things I'm known for are: drinking way too much tea, taking nude photos in the wilderness, and being late... for everything. 🙊
If you could have one superpower, what would it be?
I would love to be able to fly. I fly a lot in my dreams, but sometimes my arms and legs feel like they're moving through water and I start to fall out of the sky. I'd love to be able to fly safely and consistently... think of all of the traffic I could avoid!
Where would you go on your dream vacation?
The next place on my to-go list is Iceland. Since I'm a ginger, the sun is my natural predator! 😂 I have travelled to a few tropical places, but my sensitivity to the sun can be a burden. I'd love to plan a trip somewhere that I can cozy up with a sweater and hot chocolate!

If you could be any animal, what would you be?
If I could be any animal, I would be a dog - but not just any dog... I would be my dog! She is the luckiest dog in the world because I do absolutely everything for her, including agility classes twice a week and rally obedience classes. She gets hikes every day, and a bottomless supply of treats. What more could anyone want?
What’s the best compliment you’ve ever received?
Someone once told me that they hope their daughter turns out like me, and it shook me to the core (in a good way!). It's validating to know that other people are that impressed or inspired by me. Although I think if they knew a bit more about me they probably wouldn't have said that 😂
