Yes vinyasa. Not so much during Covid ...I much prefer to go to classes. it’s just not the same for me watching videos at home. I also meditate

I did it. It was supposed to help with flexibility but my flexibility seemed mostly unaffected. It was pretty relaxing and made a great warmup before physical activity.
