I am for sure sick.
I cannot stop sneezing. What sucks is I'll probably be in and out of this all winter and it's not going to get any better with me smoking cigarettes all the time.
Allow me to explain.
It used to be that you could smoke inside my workplace as long as you were in the designated "smoking room". Then they passed a law in Ohio, much like they did in Kentucky and West Virginia that banned smoking in public places besides privately owned bars and clubs.
So
with that went out smoking room and everyone that smokes was forced to go outside on their break.
This would be okay if they'd provide us with some form of shelter, but all we get is a plastic picnic table and an ashtray. If it's raining you can sit in the bus stop, but that certainly doesn't block the wind.
Sure we could go to our cars, but that causes a bit of an inconvienence when you're required to park all the way at the back of the parking lot if you're an employee.
Point is, it's getting colder and colder and the wind is harsh and we have no shelter and I go out at least three times in a nine hour shift to smoke a cigarette or two.
A simple solution to this would be that I quit smoking.
Well
you can go fuck yourself.
I don't want to.
Anyway....
no work and no class tomorrow (or today I guess, since it's past midnight). Yay.
I told myself about ten minutes ago that I was going to go to bed, but I can't seem to walk by this desk without wanting to sit down for "just a minute" (that turns into hours).
I'm so ready for winter to be over. There's so much more of it to come....
I miss tank tops and high heels with skirts and not pants and car shows and nights on my porch with my best friends.
I miss all that shit already.

Winter does suck
I fully empathize with the "just a minute" statement. I waste hour upon hour in front of this infernal machine, but I just can't seem to walk away...
