now playing: Deftones - "Passenger" feat. Maynard James Keenan (vocal)
There's no official vid for this song, so someone made on on their computer. Sokay, but its the audio that matters here anyway.
I've been sitting on the fence for a while regarding what to do about my current domestic situation. Specifically, living in mom's basement. I've been eyeballing some townhomes that have yet to be built. The problem is, if I wait too long, the prices will surely go up once they have models built. If I move on it too soon, I'll have less to put down on the purchase price. So my dilemma is this...I'm pretty sure I can carry it financially on my own, but I never have before and so I'm somewhat hesitant. I find myself standing on the precipice waiting to dive off or step back. I'm walking the thin line between a large mortgage and the least amount of time spent at Mom's as possible.
I hate being here, in my old room, with the same carpet and the same walls from 6 years ago. It makes it hard to see the last 6 years as being productive and advancing. I soooo need my own space. A place where I can feel good about bringing friends and lovers to. Well, currently we're holding interviews for the Lover position but I'm confident that will eventually be filled
Its coming, a little more each day, getting closer to making the call "Lets buy it!". I just hope I don't take too long.
Right now, there's a blueberry cheescake in the fridge screaming my name...I must answer the call!
In closing, remember this...when you don't know what to wear, wear nothing at all!
Later my peeps!

I agree. If you're going to buy, buy. That being said, I think you should seriously think about whether you're ready to settle down or whether you might like to travel or something first. You won't get a better opportunity. Nuff said. Maligne, I have the applications. You have to get through me first. That being said, I'm easy.

P.S. I have a broker if you're intersted. Might not hurt to see what she can do.
