When I drove truck every Friday was a route to Madison , one summer there was a huge peacock along side the highway headed towards Madison. All summer I saw him every week always slowly feeding his way to the big cityHe never made it!... last time I saw him he was dead at the edge of Madison , run over ! ........ All he had was the journey.............
I don't want to be so focused on the future that I miss the journey;
I want to see the beauty around me.
I want to live in awe of the world, not just endure the drudgery of my fight for survival!
So
My plan continues:.
These now line my driveway
Canoeing again, 2 days about 15 miles!
If only my camera could take pictures as beautiful as the memories in my mind!!
