People can be funny creatures sometimes. And also patronising and self righteous and basically full of shit ;-)
Of course some of them can be wonderful and they should by now know who they are.
a:If someone pays me a reasonable amount of money for an hours worth of work, ensures that I can be part of a community I enjoy and provided me with some very positive experiences or b: someone else offers me jackshit to take my clothes off for something that will never see more light of day than on their website or in a photo album who is the one who is exploiting me... well to me the answer would obviously be b to me. Not so to some.... Go figure huh.
If I sell a piece of my jewellery to someone then that piece belongs to them, they own it, they paid for it. It is theirs to do with as they wish. A product is a product whether it's clothing or jewellery I've made or sold or a picture. When someone buys something off you then is it not only fair that they should be expected to own that item? Makes perfect sense to me. After all why would you pay good money to someone to have something if you are then going to be told what you can and can't do with it.
This may not make any sense to everyone. But trust me I do have a point here. Sometimes people have such an inflated sense of their own importance they don't seem to look at all logical points of view.. or anyone elses points of view for that matter.
Anyway....
Still having to rest my foot :-( It's much better than it was but still not 100% The only plus side is that I'm saving on the cash front with not going out much at the mo. Although I think my ebay account would probably beg to differ ;-)
Other than that things are pretty good, I feel more positive than I have in a very long time. And things truly have been getting better for most of this year. I finally feel as though I've shaken off a couple of old ghosts. That I can now just be me, not her
