I've been eating healthy for the past year. No fast food or pop, consistent excising, and not eating past 9 pm. I'm not much of a sweets person either, so I really don't understand how I'm not losing weight. I did try certain weight loss pills too, but money is tight.
Anyone have any ideas? :(
