Man this capitol hill shooting bussiness is fucking senseless. People use that phrase too much. Survivors, police, politicians, media. "It was a senseless killing. It was a senseless loss of life." These typically aren't really senseless. They're fucking stupid and corrupted sense but at least follows a line of thought. At least it goes from A to B to C. Somebody got in a fight, somebody came back with a gun, somebody died. I've seen shit like that go down-not with a gun thank god but same idea.
But this....this is fucking senseless. Everybody was calm, peaceful, having a good time. There was no fight, no argument, not even a raised voice or snide comments. Dude didn't even know anybody there.
Everything is cool, he wanders out, spray paints "now" a bunch of times as if that fucking explains anything, wanders back and starts killing people.
I can wrap my brain around passion killing and I can comprehend killing for money. Dont agree with it but I can still underdstand it.
This is frightening though. There is no reason. No logic. Not even a flawed one. Just no humanity.
