The Dear Lenore has finally returned from Germany (not that anyone here knew that...) and brought with her some amazing music.

The week leading to the full moon has been nothing but unfamiliar territory and missed territories. It would appear that I have found something wonderful. Granted, appearances can be deceiving; naturally, I am skeptical and fearful.

The pain, you see, had filled me up too often to allow trust to be a part of who I am. I am one of the others, another side, another time.

This space is unreal, and these desires... human. Not the human I despise, but something not touched for what may have been years. Pure, unadulterated comfort? Perhaps.

Tread wary, young thing. Despite what the spirit may have convinced you of otherwise, humanity and carnal desire can and will be deceptive...
