Ok, so this weekend I am going to try to stay motivated. Any encouraging words will be accepted. Here is the to do list for the next couple of days:
REVISED Sunday 12-17-06
1) Finish painting bedroom dark red, yum! - (Started but ran out of steam, painted 1 wall.)
2) Listen to hypnotherapy cd's for motivation to improve health and self. - (I think they may just work!)
3) DANCE around the house silly!!! HEEHEE
4) Do the laundry, YIKES! - (Started it, there is too much to look at!)
5) Color my hair- (Ultravoilet Red by Manic Panic, not done yet!)
6) Take the dogs for a walk - (Ya right! HA)
7) Get out of my holiday funk....
(Still do not like the holidays, but I am in better spirits today)
Things are getting better for me I feel. I have a co-worker that works in behavioral health and she gave me some cd's for anxiety and some hypnotherapy cd's for weight balance. I feel pretty syked about them. I used the hypnotherapy cd's night and my bf says I was totally out. The last thing I remember is the lady counting back from 5 and then I woke up when my bf came in the room. Cool, huh? I am feeling very motivated today. YIPEE! God I sound like a dork, oh well.

I suggest dancing around the house to Jamiroquai 'Canned Heat'. Fun and silly at the same time!
the worst thing that happened to me at the gym was when i rammed my shin into one of the machines and had a nasty bruise for a while. the treadmill never got me. i think you'll be okay.
