I've been sitting on this beer since mid August. This "Love Honey Bock" is aged in bourbon barrels. At first taste I can tell that waiting a few months on this beer to drink really helped complete the taste of it. It has a strong bourbon flavor up front that presents itself in an incredibly smooth taste that tapers off into a sweet honey taste. I enjoy it more than when I first tried it on tap fresh in August. 8.75/10
