∂ it's all... brown... and shaded.... and stuff.... (when nyou clock on the sets).
i can't keep up with all these changes! *head explodes*.... it looks perty though.
i wish i knew how to use flash. balls balls balls balls.
∂ i'm glad it's not so hot today. the heat has been UNBEARABLE the past few days. sweating-while-not-doing-anything-but-breathing weather, for sure. i never thought i've say that 78 degrees and humid feels like a crisp spring day... but it does. blegh, hot NYC, blegh!
∂ i got a HUGE (and completely) unexpected bonus from my mentor at my internship today.... which is funny, because i was just panning yesterday what i would be setting aside from my paychecks from now on for my birthday present to myself this year (my mothingfucking MAX tattoo!!!!!!)
∂ i recently got the new sufjan stevens album (the avalanche), the new feist album (), and the new peaches album (impeach my bush). this means i am a happy, ipoded lady.
∂ i've bought some really cute clothes as of late.... i think my sense of style is changing yet again.
∂ I BROKE DOWN AND DYED MY HAIR ALL BLACK AGAIN! i've been trying to grow it out since last summer so that i can bleach it all and dye it red.... but i can't freakin' wait any longer! it was all pink and brown and blonde and red and half-black.... ugh. terrible. i miss my blue-black too much. i lost a lot of hair though.... that can't be healthy. now i just need my bangs cut.... (wish me luck.)
∂ Last Rites is moving. on mondizzle night i went over to the new space to help ymonster and everyone else paint with my friend, and in the process i got to meet the lovely miss Amina. it was hot, yo (now you have to ask yourself, if that just the temperature she is referring to?) 
if you want to partake in the goodness (and hang out with some cool kids in the process), you can join the party too.
∂ did i mention i got the scholarship i busted my ass off trying to get in june? AND it was for a thousand dollars more than it has been in the past. weeeeeee money!
∂ i spent the weekend with my older bro in CT, which was awesome. we went shopping and saw the movie "favela rising", which was an awesome documentary about the ghettos of rio di jenero and how they are moving forward with the Afro-Reggae movement. theeeeennnnn we went to a house party. oh boy. i played spin the bottle for the first time ever (and NO, i didn't make out with my brother. ya damn pervs!)... it was good to see my bro again and meet his crew, yo. we don't get to hang out a lot, but somehow we ended up at different colleges studying the same thing.... i kinda miss pestering him all the time. aw. *sappy music plays*.....
∂ i think i might be starting to get over this stupid heatbreak thing. my friends are the bestest. you know who you are.
∂ thanks to the wonders of AKA55's madd internet skillz, i got tickets to sufjan stevens' town hall show in september. YAAAAAAAAAAAAAY! maybe i'll get close enough to hump his leg.... but maybe not.

∂ after careful consideration, i have decided that i am NOT a "random hook-up" kinda girl. ugh. *shudders*
