Alrighty guys. Help a sistah out, get a fun scarf time.
EDITED TO ADD:
Because a few people have mentioned it.... I've decided to auction one of two balls of the off-white yarn in my set in addition to my scarf!
I am selling my scarf from my Knitter set in the SuicideGirls Sales Group... So if ya liked it in the set, ya can bid on it now to own it for your own cuddly self! If you'd like to bid on it, please leave a bid in the group so that I can keep them all together in one place. Gracias!
The scarf is composed of hundreds of different types of yarn (mostly acrylic and synthetic blends, but there may be some wool, so take heed in case you are allergic) and shiny metallic string, all knit together to create a multicolored, multi-textured gradient. (see below). It measures 82" long (6ft 10in) tip to tip, and about 5.5" across--plenty to snuggle up to. And of course, it is all hand knit by yours truly!
My apolgies for the highly compressed .jpeg's--that 100kb limit is a doozy. Whew. If anyone can suggest a free image host, I'd be much obliged.
images from the set:
AND the balls--one of two (lest we forget the balls!)
Now, mind you, as a knitter, these are really dense balls (haha.... what?) with tons of yarn in them, of varigated widths, a cotton/synthetic blend (if you're indeed buying it for the yarn. ) i split one huge cone to make the balls, but I'd guess there's about enough in one ball to make a good-sized scarf. The yarn from these balls also went into the aforementioned scarf. Some images with the balls: (oh man... this just gets funnier all the dern time... )

p.s. cross your fingers for my new profile picture. haha.
