*sigh* Thanks for all the *hugs* and kind words I'm sorry that I always complain and feel sorry for myself in my journal, but I feel like I don't have much else to offer at this point.
I have two goals for the summer, which in combinataion seem really impossible, but oh well.
1) I really need to lose at least thirty pounds
2) I REALLY need to quit smoking.
If anyone has advice on either of these, I would much appreciate it.

My problem was not that I was eating too much, but that I wasn't eating enough, so my metabolism wasn't fast enough. Sounds weird, but it worked.

to lose about 10 pounds of comepletely useless weight just cut off your head. lol just kidding. But exercise and eating right works pretty well. Go running lift some wieghts, run a little more. at least 3 times a week. you will be a lean mean power house.
