Have you ever tried to stick your neck out for a friend only to have it chopped off? You try and help but everything you do is misinterpreted and used against you? Betrayed by those you seek to help?

It makes me want to become a hermit and hide from the world. Why do I bother trying to make friends with people? Why do I bother trying to help others? Why do I bother trying to make connections and offer people inclusion? They never want to offer the same back.

Grrr. You try and help two friends with their troubled relationship and they both misunderstand what youre trying to do. I hadnt really thought of it at the time but isnt there something about not getting involved with lovers quarrels?

My head aches.
