Hello peeps,
If you follow me for some time you should know by now Iβm a mega bibliophile (aka bookworm) just this year Iβve read 35 books so far π€·π»βοΈ (1150ish in my lifetime)
Therefore itβs almost impossible to choose a favourite book. I do have a favourite genre - high fantasy π
I donβt know how many books I own, although sometimes I wish I would catalogue them, but that would just take time from reading π
Iβm also writing my own book π a daunting affair now tb at Iβm on the editing phase.
For the #sgreading homework I choose the Shades of Magic trilogy from V. E. Schwabb one of my favourite series ever and one which I chose to immortalise on my skin (back of my right leg). I was captivated from the first line.
βKell wore a peculiar coat.
It had neither one side, which would be conventional, nor two, which would be unexpected, but several, which was, of course, impossible.
The first thing he did whenever he stepped out of one London and into another was take off the coat and turn it inside out once or twice (or even three times) until he found the side he needed. Not all of them were fashionable, but they each served a purpose. There was ones that blended in and ones that stood out, and one that served no purpose but of which he was just particularly fond.β
Grey London, Red London, White London, and Black London, and only a few can travel through them all, amongst them an Antari Prince from Red London called Kell Maresh and Lila Bard a street thief from Grey London (the one that looks most like ours a century ago).
If you love fantasy and lyric poetic writing which should give it a try ππΌ
Also, want to leave a huge thanks for the love on my SOTD π
As a goodbye treat I leave you some goodies for #CosplayFest from me and @discordia
Have a great weekend ππ
xoxo
