y is it that my birthday always is changing by a day on this site? why is it that people still haven't equated george bush's idiocy with his presidentcy? i mean is that difficult to say that it is the same person?
so the other day i bought esquire magazine b/c it scarlett johanson in it(ahh such a beautiful women). anyway i happen to read a couple of articles, one of which was amazing. it laid down all george bush and his cronies would have to do in order to stop the war, make a stab at world peace and for the most part stablize the world for a couple of decades. well i do not believe it will happen.
my conclusion is simple. this is all about fear. fear is controlling the world far, far too much. first off some dudes did a bad thing crashing a plane in to some buildings. but then again they didn't happen to target the most innocent institutions in the world. so as a result we happen to go to war in two areas in the world where we stood to gain finacially. and yet we play on the general populous' fears, the riches' fear of lost control and less economic security and the possibility that america might not retain it's postion as the world's strongest nation. it is my personal opinion that a bully feels secure when people walk away or he beats them. frankly i do not believe that america is as strong as it may have been. when are we going to evolve? when will we seek security in karma and understanding? is this so bad? all this money spent to take lives could go so much further saving lives and making this world so so much better and happier.
we can not end murder, hunger, theivery or rape but we can end war. we can not cure cancer or aids but we could cure war. then we could get on with our lives and figure out what this journey called life is really all about. personally i'm starting to believe that maybe it has a lot to do with fear. like fear of death, fear of lonliness fear of not making it in some way.
everybody wants to be naked and famous...
that's what trickey rhymes about in one of his songs. everybody wants to know they meant something and the way it seems people feel that this need is gratified or i can't think of the fucking word oh well... people feel this need is satisfied by getting their warhol(fifteen minutes of fame). so why do we drink and get fucked up so much? because we are afraid of something in our lives so that we self-medicate ourselves because solving our problems would be chancing the responsibility to define our lives as failure because we can't simply just be humble with what we are and what we have. at least this is the american contagion. BIGGER BETTER MORE FASTER realistically, those people who've made it--they made a habit of failing. but they didn't stop. failure should truely be thought of as the inability to continue on in spite a couple of wrong turns and saying fuck it i'll just go home and figure out how to get where i wanted to go later. yeah so i;m rambling on about trite bullshit. but i want to know why are we as whole so afraid of living??????????? living presupposes that the eventual conclusion will surely be death and everytime we rehearse this when we find ourselves entering an unknown situation. it feels uncomfortable(could this be why coffins now are so plush and comfortable looking?)..........?????

i also wanted to make clear that i do not believe in violence unless it is to protect someone close to me or myself. even then i question its validity.
if you knew how much was spent on the military and have seen a post and all of the things on one it is utterly amazing to contemplate that this is the best way to deal with fear and protecting a nation. history tells us there will be war; my self-fullfilling prophecy tells me that i can't quit smoking so why bother even trying.
"Imagine there's no heaven. it's easy if you try. no hell below us. above us only sky. imagine all the people living for today. imagine there's no countries. it isn't hard to do. nothing to kill or die for. no religion too. imagine all the people living life in peace. you may say i'm a dreamer, but i'm not the only one. i hope some day you will join us and the world as one. imagine the all the people sharing all the world. you may say i'm a dreamer, but i'm not the only one. i hope some day you will join us and the world as one. imagine all possesions; i wonder if you can. no need for greed or hunger. a brotherhood of man. imagine all the people sharing all the world. you may say i'm a dreamer, but i'm not the only one. i hope some day you will join us and the world as one." -john lennon
ah and by the way i was quoting tricky from the albumn pre-millieum tension(refering to the president of the united states comment).

as for bush....Im holding my breath...I think the country made a huge huge mistake. But what good is it to put one asshole in the place of another. Where have all the great presidents gone?
