Hello Party People
I am glad it is almost the weekend. This has been a rough week work wise... and getting rougher. Needed to take a little break.
This weekend I am working my daughter's school Halloween carnival. My wife is president of the PTA so she has been scrambling all week. Hopefully it will still get good attendance despite the air quality conditions. We are still debating on canceling the bouncers... but the kids should have fun with the other activities and events. Cake decoration contest, costume contest, best jack-o-lantern, etc.
My sister and my niece came up from San Diego. My niece who is 4 has been staying with us and my sister with my parents. Her husband is a doctor stayed in San Diego. It looks like their home was out of the danger zone but she came up here because the air and traffic in San Diego has been so bad this week.
My company's HQ is located in Rancho Bernardo. It has been closed all week and most of my co-workers including my customer service rep had to be evacuated and have not been able to get back to their homes. I am praying that that their property survived.

wow...it is so scary what is happening out there...glad you and yours are okay...i'm too wimpy for real MMAa...when I was a kid, I used to get into a lot of fights, now I'm too old and too vain to even think about it for real. Then again, it could provide me with a medically necassary reason to get a nose job....Post pics of the carinval!
