Finally got motivated today and got some work done.
Since everyone seems to be getting sick I went and got a flu shot today. They took my blood pressure and it looks like it is high... I guess I really am getting old. They want me to cut back on my coffee intake (about a pot a day).... I am a slave to the evil bean, not sure I can do it... I also need to get my ass back to the gym too.
