I've been dealing with hypoglycemia since I was about 10, so I just have a constantly high intake of sugar. I think the closest I've come to passing out in a while was actually recently when my fiance and I had spent the evening in her parent's pool (so we missed out on the cups of tea 
) I walked back to my flat, and came online to check some emails before bed, and felt myself falling asleep at the computer, so I had a glass of sprite to top me up, and just went straight to bed. Next day I had some toast and jam for breakfast and I was okay
