Oh noes! Thats rubbish. Our radiators don't work but we gave up trying to figure it out - they spent last summer not wanting to turn off, so they were at full heat in the middle of the sweltering weather. Now it's fucking freezing and I'm wearing two pairs of socks because it's so cold in the flat.
