What an ace week.
Last weekend me and a mate went to Liverpool to see a friend of ours. Her cute lil sister was there too. Bonus. We had such a laugh. We ended up at some Karaoke night. We all did a Bowie song, I kicked us off with 'Let's Dance' in my best Bowie voice. It was great fun.
The next day we had breakfast at Quiggins and moseyed around the shops. On a whim I popped into Hair Records, a tiny record shop that nearly 6 years earlier I had seen an hilariously cheesy album cover by some ol' country artist, Porter Wagoner (what a name!). I had always regretted not spending a few quid on it. And whaddya know? There it was, in the dusty Country corner. Amazing.
And this Tuesday Rosscoe came to visit me and I showed him some of the best little haunts Manchester hides away. My planned 9bar crawl didn't quite work out (skipped one bar to get food, another had a band on and a 9entry fee etc) but a good time was had by all, some of my mates came out for the occasion too.
We talked a lot about complicated relationships, this site and the people on it, mentioning no names
The next day we woke late ate eggy bread while watching High Fidelity and heading into town to hang out. Time flew by and soon it was time to drink again. A few beers later and off he went. What a pleasure to have someone come a long way to see you and to just have a good time and hang out. 100 points for Ross.
So, in conclusion, I should go and see people more often and people should come see more often.
Over and out, Legoman.

We were about halfway through putting up the tents and people were already milling around trying to buy them.
Fools.
I was begining to think you had been abducted.
