Changes in neighborhoods are great to see, but it brings rising prices and generally ends up driving out the less fortunate. Look at the huge debate about Olneyville that's going on. I'm by the Armory, so not far away from there. All the artists are being driven out of the area. Fortunately, Pawtucket has welcomed them with open arms - and better rents. But if the bucket gets too popular, the same will happen there.
Enuf about that - make the birthday celebration last! Party all week. I did!
