So I think I might need some inspiration. I work out in martial arts on a regular basis. Currently I teach it about 4 to 5 days a week and train in a structured class about 3 to 4 times week. Plus hold down a regular job. I need a reason to train on my spare time. Do something different to keep it fresh, you know? I added a speed bag but I still need a reason to get up and go. Maybe a martial arts movie marathon is in order?
On another note, to who ever reads this, if you have any questions or subjects I can write about, let me know. I think it might be fun to have some ideas thrown at me and see what I can come up with.
