I'm looking at all natural makeups... Not that I wear makeup all that often, but when I do I would like it to be healthier for my skin than the overly processed, synthetic shit.
I found a couple promising websites though.
1) www.afterglowcosmetics.com
2) www.aubrey-organics.com
The BareMinerals, Bare Escentuals, and Femme Couture brands all contained mica, talc, and/or bismuth oxychloride; which are all apparently known skin irritants. So that is why I started searching or organics and all that.... and came across the two aforementioned sites....
Outside of that
I've been scanning a lot of stuff at work, fun stuff.... and between scans I've been frequenting www.npr.org and www.howstuffworks.com
So I stay informed mainly with NPR (and let me tell you that the show Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me... Is HILARIOUS!!) and then I learn new, interesting, and helpful stuff with How Stuff Works
I feel SO much smarter after I listen and/or read stuff on those! Haha!
