here was today: Heavy(well, heavy for me) bi-Lateral explosive moves
Clean Grip Hang Snatch: 5 x 3 (75lbs, 95lbs, 105lbs, 115lbs, 125lbs)
Front Squat: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 (95lbs, 115lbs, 135lbs, 155lbs, 185lbs)
Back Squat + Push Press (Steinborn style): 2 x 4, 1 x3, 1 x 2 (135lbs, 145lbs, 155lbs, 165lbs)
("Steinborn style" means I up end the bar off the ground and creep under it, rather than take it off the racks)
Band Throws, 20 reps each
mace swinging 16lbs x 20
throws practice tomorrow with the implements, wish me luck!
