1-arm Kettlebell C&P ladder w/ eagle claw pullups- 3 x (1,2,3)
kettlebell lever bench press, 3 different grips, sub max reps per arm
alternated with
tennis ball body rows- match sets, max reps (HARD)
one hand torch press- 3 x 3-5 reps
alternate with
thick dumbbell hammer curls- 3 x 4-5
tomorrow, running, jump rope, or hammerswinging, or all 3 if I have the energy
