ok, so within piles of loathing and self-doubt, I have simultanelously found a way to get working out again AND stay here. I will keep track of my workouts here, and with any luck, for you guys to encourage me to form my body, and my hands, to become LETHAL WRESTLING WEAPONS!!! And with any luck, there will be more videos of me wrestling, for those interested.
Workout 1 was Monday the 5th of May:
sandbag squats: 100lbs bag, switching shoulders every set - 5 reps
Eagle claw pullups: 5 reps
feet elevated pushups: 10 - 15 reps
power curl: 135lbs on the bar- 5 reps
1-arm thick handled DB military press- 5 reps each arm
did this kinda circuit 4 times, ate, then showered and fell over
Workout 2 was today, the 6th of May
Just grip today so......
Plate pinch: worked up to a max weight 5 sec hold (45lbs), then a 60 sec hold at 20 lbs, and a 30 sec hold at 30 lbs, each hand (naturally)
Grippers: 15 reps with the CoC trainer, roughly 5 reps with the CoC No.1, and some partials with the CoC No.2
Levering: 20 reps with 10lbs on one end of the DB each hand, then 3 reps with an 8lbs sledgehammer grip at the very end. then a set of 10 and a set of 5 each hand with the 10lbs multidirectional levers, different grips along the length of the DB
Towel Band Crushers: towels tied to a Jumpstretch purple band, pull to self with JUST FINGERS, done till cant hold it anymore
then hot/cold water therapy for each hand with golf ball rotations, then ate and couldn't type without pain
