Hey again! When you settle down in bed to sleep, try counting backwards from a 1000. A doctor taught me. And another method I was taught is: You lay on a bed on your back. Not covered by warm layers. You lay with your limbs loose and start by taking deep breaths and holding them briefly exhale easily. At the same moment sense your feet imagine a energy of warmth in each and gradually creeping up each leg and from each hand flowing up your arms and flowing towards your torso and settling. Still continue to do the breathing exercise and now picture something in your minds eye or recall a place that is a relaxing, easy and happy while still doing the breathing exercise. This process should not require great effort, just the process of each component is required. Try this every time you lay to sleep, not just when you struggle to. Worked for me I was taught by a psychologist. :)
