Im warning you all now though... these are all animated kids movies!! because they are the fucking best! There is always a happy ending, a good life moral and super cute characters who say adult jokes that go right over kids heads.. whats not to love about that?!?!
there's probably way too many good quotes in each of these to focus on just one but lets face it, nothing can make you as happy as watching a kids movie.. They are never bad!
1. "I don't understand fishing metaphors!" - Flint Lockwood (Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs)
I love this quote because he has googely eyes and the way he says it is super fucking cute!! the way he just throws his big eyes into the pillow is so adorable I just want to squeeze him! This is one of my all time favorite movies for SO many reasons!
2. "Quit, dont quit, noodle, don't noodles" and "You may want an apple or an orange but you will get a peach tree" - Oogway (Kung Fu Panda)
Basically anything this massive turtle says is fucking awesome!!
This movie is another all time favorite.. I also love Jack Black with a fiery passion! and the noises his belly fat makes when it moves is just classic!
3. "In my world everyone;s a pony, and they all eat rainbows and poop butterflies!" - Katie (Horton Hears A Who)
Seriously katie is so creepy whats not to love about her?!?! she makes me so happy ^_^ ahhhhhhh
4. Basically anything Kronks shoulder angel and devil say (Emperor's New Groove)
yeah this whole movie is a fucking gold mine of awesome... PULL THE LEVER!
5. " the stars are not in position for this tribute! "
" like he said.. stars.. cant do it.. not today.." -Tulio and Migel (The Road to El Dorado)
The amount of hinted at sex in this movie is.. just perfect ^_^ soooo funny! a little dark at times but any movie with such an animated horse is awesome ie Tangeled.
I know these quotes havent been super meaningful or anything but they have been super fun! which I think is something people over look with movies these days.. they have to tug at our heart strings, make up cry, make us feel something meaningful
but why can't they just make us happy? and laugh? why can't the best quotes be silly and meaningless?
That's why i love animated kids movies..
on a side note I finally watched Wreck it Ralph and it was awesome^_^
I also know I overuse the word awesome.
