I feel like I am on a roll with these blog posts recently! I have been trying to play catch up with things on SG while maintaining taking care of things at home that I have neglected (mostly in part to my addiction to playing Plants vs. Zombies 2....I can't play video games too much because I get addicted!). I love being on here and love seeing new sets from so many fabulous women and catching up with other members and fans on what is going on. That brings me to a side note about fans lol....
My OnlyFans is still active and will continue to be FREE. As I stated with an earlier blog, I know members here get inundated with requests to join a girls onlyfans and many for a fee. I decided to no longer charge a monthly fee for awhile and then if I decided to go back, I would let current subscribers know so they can continue to follow and subscribe for a low monthly fee or to leave if they decide not to (and either option is perfectly fine!). So to those of you who are on my OnlyFans, I will be posting again and have some new content coming with more on the way.
So I have been a little absent between here and my Onlyfans. Like I said, I have taken a little break and I feel a little better with getting things done that I have neglected. The important thing for me to remember is balance and I felt like I was not achieving that. I really want to try to focus on my health and well being. I have had a few minor health issues that I want to address. Little things like feeling tired and achy, which could be from any number of things (getting older is probably one lol). I have an endocrinologist appointment later this week for my diabetes, which I plan on asking her if I can get a lab slip for my annual bloodwork early so that in addition to the normal bloodwork I get done (which I hate by the way), I can get tested for a few other things (Lyme disease being one as I did find a deer tick attached last year).
I also am looking into getting those custom fit Dr. Scholl's inserts lol. My husband actually got a pair and says for him they work. I had plantar fasciitis last year and my one right foot still aches now and again, so I'm going to try to get me a pair and see if they help.
My appetite has also decreased some, which again, can be caused by getting older. However I have had a craving for more healthier foods. I have had a big appetite for smoothies and have been having those for lunch rather than a regular meal. I decided to try to go with a smoothie subscription (mainly because I don't have time to prep fruits and veggies and get all the stuff I need). I am going to try the Revive foods subscription and get a few smoothies a month that have lots of fruits, veggies and all around good stuff that I don't get in my diet most of the time. I'm going to see if I notice a difference and if I have more energy and all around feel better. I'm excited to try it and get my first delivery in 2 weeks!
What is something new that you tried for your health and well being? Did it work?
