Well, hello all.... it's been a while. Hope everyone is doing well and getting ready for Christmas. We got 12 inches of snow here in Massacusetts in the last 12 hours. Not something I wanted, but I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee, so it doesn't really slow me down. Been pretty busy with my regular job. As one might assume, being a butcher the week of Christmas keeps me busy since everyone wants their holiday rib roasts (assuming you aren't a vegetarian). I've got a few 12 hour overnight shifts coming up in the next few days in preparation for Christmas. It sucks, but it will be over before I know it.
On the TAPS front, it's been a bit slow lately. Seems like most people like to wait until after the holidays to have us investigate. That's cool with me, since I get to spend more time at my regular job working and making $$$ to pay the bills. I also work with several other paranormal groups when I have free time and we are investigating an old abandoned mental hospital in MA sometime in Feb. Should be pretty sweet. I love places like that. Full of all types of nasties! LOL! I also know that in the coming months there are a bunch of new cases we are going to be working on. I'll keep you all updated, if you're interested.
Also, I do a lot of charity work through several costuming groups that I'm a part of. I love costuming, since it gives you a chance to be someone else for a while and it's fun to interact with others. I've got all sorts of costumes from Star Wars, Harry Potter, Bill the Butcher, etc... My friend and I also just started the New England Ghostbusters franchise. It's similar to other costuming groups I'm in, where we dress up and attend events to help raise $$$ for various children's charities. If you grew up in the 80's then you know exactly who the Ghostbusters are. It's a fun time and kids of all ages love the Ghostbusters. LOL! "Who ya gunna call?"
Still single after my ex-wife cheated and took off 7 months ago. Makes Christmas kind of tough this year, but every day gets easier and I figure eventually I'm bound to start dating again. Who knows when that will happen, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed. If you know a nice, attractive, tattooed woman who likes Ghost Hunters and horror movie tattoos then send her my way! LOL!
Well, enough blabbing for now. Hope you all have a safe and happy holiday season. Merry Christmas!
