Just got back from a week in Portugal. Faro, Lisboa, Porto. Climbed a giant Jesus statue on Christmas Day in Lisboa. Was nice, weather could have been better, but still got some nice sunny days. Definitely could have spent more time in Lisboa. Made some new temporary friends at various hostels. Was happy with 10C weather as it was much warmer than here in the Netherlands. It sounds like a warzone outside as all the kiddies are playing with their firecrackers to chase out the Old Year. Woken up by some seriously loud bangs, but love the spirit involved in it.
