So today is my last day (of three) of being unemployed. I start my new job www.wargaming.net working on World of Tanks tomorrow. I should I have more information about how it goes and such tomorrow. But after talking to a friend who works there already, it sounds like I am going to be playing a lot of the game for the first few weeks.
People have been telling me I am going to get bored playing the same game over and over again. But compared with working doing sales for the last 8 years this is going to be amazing! I mean even if I am bored and playing video games, it would be bored and being paid to play video games.
The other strange thing is going to be the shift. I am going to be working 3pm- Midnight. I have been working a 9-5 for the last 8 years... so that is going be a pretty drastic change. And with my other half working 9-5 I am not going to see much of her, except for weekends (also depending on what days I am working.) But we will make it work. These changes will be worth the price of my sanity (which doing sales has been draining for a long time.)
In other news got all of my errands done today, food shopping, and new hair cut. It's a little shorter then I wanted but it will grow out.
New hair cut!!
That's about it. No big New Years resolutions. I am already trying to get myself in better shape and exercise. But I am already doing that. I have been trying to enjoy life more, and changing jobs will help with that already. So I am not adding anything new to the mix. I think I am already on the right track.
