I will challenge you to this (everyone actually.). You can even pick your OWN Dr. (which biases the experiment in your favor) and try to get some FACTUAL information regarding his performance, licensing, past malpractice suits, or even patient referrals. You will find it difficult at best. NOTE: Getting unverifiable information from his desk nurse doesnt count :-)
