I got three things I'd like to cover in today's installment.
1) Old Friends: I spoke with a friend of mine today on the telephone who I have been friends with nearly 20 years. Being that I'm only 25, dat's an 'ery long time. It is just amazing to me looking back how long we known each other and all the things we have shared with one another. From the good times to the bad, through thick and thin we have traveled through this life shoulder to shoulder. He's been my ace since as long as I can remember. I love the man, and have been blessed with his friendship all these long years.
2) KD's Hustle: My girl KD, not her real or screen name (to protect the guilty), has devised a rather effective little internet hustle. She sets up profiles on singles/dating website and flirts with the gentlemen who respond, leading them on, providing the with false hopes with a future with an 18 y.o. beauty (which she is). Then she gets them to send her gifts to a P.O. Box, which she has picked up by this big bouncer friend of hers. Upon recieving the gifts, she promptly sells them on Ebay. She is a Ebay guru. She can sell anything on there. Now, how morally right or wrong that is? Well, I'll let you decide for yourselves, but damn if it doesn't get the bills paid. KD, you are one devious little girl. Preying on mens' weaknesses, shame on you.
3)Cuddle-Buddies: a cuddle buddy is a girl or guy, depending on your gender or sexual preference. Who you share non-sexual intimacies with. Now I know some of you ladies and gentlemen out there are thinking, "Get the fuck out of here with that bullshit." Just let me explain how this concept was introduced to me and what I get out of it before you judge.
It started like this, I met this great girl, we'll call her 'A'. Well 'A' was this young, fresh, nubile girl I met through a friend of a friend. Well it turns out this beautiful, healthy, young woman caught the HIV on an ecstacy bender. I know what you're thinking, "Damn, a life over before it's hardly begun." Well she asked if I would be her friend and cuddle-buddy.
I didn't know what that was so she explained. Since she found out she was infected, her family and most of her friends had abandoned her like she was some sort of plaguebearer. She was terribly lonely and all she wanted was someone to be intimate with, not sexually, but hold hands, watch old movies with, and most of all just hold her. She was terrified of dying and just needed someone. So I obliged her, I would hang out with her before going out with my friends or girlfriends, she would make sure my clothes matched, she'd always cook for me (the girl could cook), and I provided the intimacy she craved. We shared things of this nature. Nothing heavy, just a close friendship. She commited suicide shortly after she got seriously ill for the first time. That was nearly 4 years ago.
Since then I have been a huge cuddle-buddy advocate. You would be surprised how many girls need and want a good C-B. Before I lost my licence and went into social isolation. (I live to far outside the city.) I was surrounded by fine women. I had to practicly beat them off with a stick. The key is to keep Mr. Wally in your pants, and it don't matter if he gets a little swollen when you are hugging up on a fine women. That's natural and most will just be flattered, but sex can and does fuck up a good thing.
Now I would rather do nothing with one fine woman, than drink beer and play video games with a room full of guys. I can't remember how many Saturdays I passed out in the middle of the afternoon in the arms of a beautiful woman after smoking her trees, only to wake up later to the scents and sounds of her cooking up something off the yellzabobs just for me. C-Bs for everybody!
