you know. I'm not that kind of pissed off about tradgies lately. I watched CNN for like 13 days with the hurricane, and it's fucked up, and all, but I find it amusing that people still find ways to be really stupid, and one sided in this whole world we live in. I have to constantly remind myself that American is still young, and it has alot to learn from, and that the "sins" of the past haven't caught up to this nation.
watching New Orleans is like watching 28 days later or playing Resident Evil. theres colera in the water from rotting corpses, people with guns protecting their homes, and a virtual wasteland of wood and water while people are just scared for thier lifes, millions without power and little food, the army and the law gunning down thugs, and enforcing the law in a very lawless town now. I mean it's all about survival now. thats it. theres no God, no money to buy anything, theres no America there. it's just basic survival. it must be so sad to not believe in anything when you see a drowned baby, or an entire family dead because of this.
I wonder how people get through life, when you dont have ANYTHING to believe in thats good. I'd rather be ignorant and believe in something, than to be "knowledgeable" and believe in nothing...'speically when things like this happen.
