my heat situation has been successfully dealt with, and not only that, but i'm now the heat master for the entire building...the landlord was tired of everybody complaining, and since i'm the only trustworthy dude in the place, he put me in charge...a small triumph, but a triumph nonetheless...

my dickheaded landlord hasn't adjusted the heat to account for the -1,743 degrees wind chill, so it's ass cold in my apartment...right now, i'm wearing two sweatshirts, two pairs of pajama bottoms, and am under five blankets, and there's a space heater, like, eight inches from the foot of my bed...

the new tom wolfe book has been getting trashed, but i'm throughly enjoying it...imho, the critics are dissing it because it's a book about kids written by a 70-year-old...read it as if just it's a regluar old book, not a Tom Wolfe Book (note the caps) and you'll dig it just fine...

i'm getting way tired of being stuck inside with my busted ankle...i've read about 4195 books, watched about 2340 dvd's, written 5000 pages, and played with my cat for, well, for a long time...i'm seeing the orthopedist next week, and hopefully he'll tell me i can start putting weight on the ankle...fingers crossed...
