When does love go rancid? When does the voice you used to love become fingernails on a chalk board?
Why does love gradually become disdain,what is the half-life of a relationship? I am reaching a point that I can no longer tolerate my significant other. Is this just me or have I just hit the cliche'd seven year itch? When is the intolerable enough to break it all to pieces and sweep away 11 years of trying(in both senses of the word). Help or am I just letting my anger get the better of me.

Have to tried counselling? I know it may sound trite, but it often works. I still feel like it might have saved my marriage, if my ex had been willing to go. And if it doesn't you can honestly say that you have tried your best.

There is a difference between sticking with a rocky relationship and one where you actually can't stand each other. Eventually, you will just hate the other person and feel horrible about yourself.
