I fenced in high school and college. I stunk at sabre. Epee was my weapon of choice. If you've never watched competitive fencing before, I suggest you watch Daryl's medal match against Aron Szilagyi, the defending gold medalist from Hungary (the Hungarians have OWNED sabre for decades). Power, speed, finesse- all there! I'm betting Daryl will be back in 4 years- watch for him. :-)
