I have not had a good night sleep in several days........my nights have been full of tosing and turning and nightmares that feel real.So i am basically walking around in a sleep deprived state,but that does not mean i can behave sleepy i have responsiblities so the nap i so desire must wait.Hopefully tonight i get some sleep I need the ZZZZ's
