Here's an original idea~
The Naughty-Cozy!
This fulfils my compulsion for exhibitionism without showing anything.
The cozy won't slip on while Lil Bsti is at rest, but not to worry because the simple act of trying to put it on wakes the Beast. But then, there's more trouble, as the fabric inside is so soft that it tempts early release.
It's open on both ends and cuffs nicely in the right spot to avoid getting too messy, but can be folded in such a way that would capture swimmers. Then toss it into the wash or hand-job it in the sink. I haven't actually spent with it yet, and it's a little snug (7 1/2 inches by 4), but I think it would be handy on cold days and if someone happens to have cold hands......
