I didn't get much sleep last night, so I'm pretty glad I don't have to work tomorrow. I just couldn't sleep last night, so I got up to play some more Chrono Trigger and watch more Dr. Who. I made the mistake of talking to Mary Jean though. We ended up arguing for about two hours via instant messenger. So when I did try to go back to sleep, I was so upset that I couldn't.

I found out yesterday that the current Biology Lab Coordinator at Western Illinois has been accepted into a PhD program, so she will be resigning her position. I've had several professors tell me before I graduated that they would like to see me in that position if she were to leave, including the department head. So there is a chance I may be moving back to Macomb. It would be a great job to use as a stepping stone to get a teaching position at a good community college, which is what I really want to do. And I have some great friends in Macomb, so it wouldn't be bad at all.

Tomorrow is my day off. Of all the days in the week to have off, Wednesdays are the worst. My friend Fish has his bowling leagues on Wednesdays, so I'm pretty much going to be alone all day long. Yay me. I'll probably end up playing more Chrono Trigger. I'm freaking obsessed with it now. It's making me remember why I loved the rpg genera. I'm thinking about playing Final Fantasy XIII after I beat it, but I'm afraid it's not going to be as good as some of the previous ones (like anything could be as good as FFVII...maybe I'll play that). Oh well, I'm sure I'll find ways to entertain myself. I just hate being alone all day.

I saw those, but it was a canon lense, the Canon tent at the Olympics were giving them out to press and photographers and they didn't have the handle, so they looked like actual lenses.
