It really shouldn't bleed a few days after, unless its been moved around a lot, maybe while you're sleeping or something. I actually had my septum stretched a few times and it never bled. Just make sure to clean it thoroughly and don't let the crustys get too bad around it.

You could always go and talk to the piercer. Mind you I've found that any of my cartilage piercings always bleed a lot, maybe it's just cus of the location.
