Yay, a lovely topic for a blog, you know I love gym and I already did a blog (WHY INTO FITNESS) about why I started my fitness life.
I am such an active person, one of my favorite things is walk in the morning and go to the gym.
I usually to go to the gym everyday (monday til saturday). and my workout routine is divided according to my muscles.
My workouts division are:
A - Legs: Quadriceps, Glutes, adductors and calf
B - Chest, shoulders and bíceps
C - Legs (behind part): Glutes, hamstrings and glutes haha
D - Back, Shoulders and Triceps.
So I rotate this way.
I know my body very well so I can easily notice the differences on it each day, so if I see something that I need to work, I do a new routine for me.
Being active is important for every human being in my opinion. We have this gift and our body needs to keep active for our healthy.
I know that start a gym or some different sport costs but we have to persist, we all can excercise our body even if we have difficults.
Being active is not just about have a gorgeous body (Is magnifique when we are happy with our body and the steem is very different when this happens) but is also a very good psychological thing.
After I started to be active, I started to be active in life, not feeling so lazy, do the things with all energy and feel my body healthy (I say from inside).
I have almost 2 years going to the gym but I think I tried like 5 times before. Hhahhaha, I obligate myself to start the gym cause I wasn't feeling so fine with my personal problems. So I found myself happier doing gym.
Something that motivates me a lot to go to the gym is listening my favorite and inspiring songs while I am working out.
